Newsmeldung von slashCAM: Panasonic HVX-200 in the action package with 2 x 8 GB P2 cards of rudi - 17 Jan 2007 19:32:00
Until 31 March is a special action of Panasonic Broadcast: For the new MSRP of 8270.50 euros (incl. VAT), the HVX-200, including two 8 GB P2 cards offered. Thanks to the current price of flash memory, this Step in our opinion, synonymous urgently needed. The retail price for the set is likely even significantly lower. We dare, however, to doubt that Panasonic after the current fall in the price of flash memory chips, the camera ever again with less than 16 GB P2 memory is disconnected.

Hmm
sounds very s.das then the Panasonic HVX200 remaining in the camp wants to get rid of and then probably in April a new HD camera will get out.
The new P2 HD "format, there is already with the then two 8Gb cards a recording time of half an hour was possible.
This was never the HVX200 blockbuster like the Z1 and HD100 which inter alia s.der low Auflöung the image device and the recording time is short.

Yes, I see it as synonymous. The HVX 200 is already a cool camera and I like the pictures so far are still s.Besten (measured s.Kinolook), but the P2 story with the outrageously expensive tickets (based on memory size), I was so far of an investment in this direction held.
A successor would also synonymous actually slow times due (the camera is more than a year on the market and had been announced 2 years) - at least one HVX200a would be appropriate times.
Well, let's see what makes Panasonic - sounds to me in any event synonymous after sales and the 16 GB P2 cards are synonymous already announced how the DVX forum reads.

If not soon come ne HPX500?

If not soon come ne HPX500? The practice is already there, but yes, it is at least one notch located on the HVX200 and not its successor. The HVX210 is hot and probably towards the end of the year - at least if the information in this article believes:

I would be really interested to know how the full statement on the HVX210 can take. In the DVX forum, there's no information about a planned successor (Barry knows such things so often before any other) and the Panasonic official representative in the forum there (well, one ;-)), did nothing of the sort previously synonymous declared.
