Hello,
I have a Panasonic NV-GS75 and more recently are always black stripe on the recording, synonymous to old recordings, which were the problem - that is to say that the play must be the problem. If I do on the computer is of course the same problem ...
I already have 3x the Reinigungskassete can go through - of course, always 10 seconds - and it's still not better. And now the question is - what could be broken? Do I have to bring to a dealer, or is the problem to be solved as synonymous?

One last attempt would be maybe a manual cleaning with isopropanol. If the synonymous fails, the expert must be ran.
