Hello dear community forums,
I would like a video part with Blur edit and although sometimes be several minutes on the lower half of the image will blur heavily. Someone you know of a way to program with which such a task could be carried out automatically?

that should any halfway good editing program can. At the simplest would be a stacked set of clips, with cropping / scaling the
specify desired Ausschnit apply blur, that's it.
