I have just received a request for a Bildregiejob and reasoning precisely with what software combination one could solve the s.besten.
Requirements are:
SOURCES:
- AVI/WMV/MPPEG2 clips (including audio)
(pinch synonymous only a suitable format and transcoding before)
- A firewire source (Mute)
(DV camcorder, live image)
- Title / title generator (Mute)
(In a pinch synonymous TGA / PNG can be virtually produced 'in passing and displayed
EFFECTS
- Aperture, nothing else - but including audio fader
OUTPUT
- Second VGA / DVI or 1394 when the width for In (Cam) and extends out
At the moment I was considering the use of Resolume, did the setup but not entered on reliability and function checks ... still doubt the Echzeitfähigkeit ... Calculator as one P4 3,2 GHz with 1 GB of RAM is available ...
Has anyone with such a task has experience or handy ideas?

About resolume not go really.
There are still ARKOS synonymous, one synonymous vjtool, but so nciht for my taste.
I unfortunately Rehner synonymous with the current version 2.4 rather massive probelme to 2 and the dv-in, I unfortunately did not get run synonymous to the ...
But, in my humble opinion the only solution in this price segment ... although I resolume for restricted inset, the performance and stability for significantly overpriced think
just when I like just the part on 2 computers do not run to get right ... but ... Unfortunately, no alternative

Now I have to ask if you are. The Kamra indeed provides a Videosginal. The WMV clips (and other formats) are synonymous video, could also play out on video before and Approach of DVD or VTR.
So two video sources, the MAZ and a camera. In addition, the live tracks with bitmaps and are likely names or logos. Which can produce S. TITLE live and punching.
Why do not all go so easily through a video mixer, all in real time, crash-and easier to use. Especially as are required for only Hartschnitte dei transitions and soft apertures.

yes, pat16 has here absolutely right. The easiest solution here would be an Edirol V4 in combination with a computer with resolume.
resolume could play on the logos and the video files, on the other inputs you'll get the camera and the mazen.
do that as synonymous ... in case I needed a second then plug in v4, eg, a second canvas with a different signal, or both leinwände with feeding the same signal to be. as you have to fiddle about but s.der circuit;) ..
