I am looking for something like a "picture-Normalizer" (ie as Normalizing the sound), which I brightness and color differences in the different clips so, are equalized. Gibts sowas as a plugin or another solution?

but in premiere gabs gray antiquity but in such a high contrast filter auto-default solution is ... but who wants to have a permanent pump.
