I have 1.5 APP in a film edited and burned on dvd (File-Export-output on DVD). After nearly 3 hours of transcoding and burning phase threw my PC from the finished DVD. While the picture quality on the PC section reasonably well, flickered and distorted the picture when playing a DVD on my TV. Especially when the camera pans Picture unbearable. At the same footage and by using another cutting program, I had no problems so far. Why?
The following settings when burning, I have made:
NTSC Progressive 4x3 High Quality 4MB VBR 2 Pass
Export: Complete sequence / fields: without / widescreen frame, height: 720x480/Bitrate maximize: no

Stupid question, but you live in America or elsewhere in the NTSC region? Here in Germany is usually the PAL standard for the creation of DVDs, used, and if your players with good frames can work around you, I can not say unfortunately synonymous ..
