can someone please tell me how to vegas over 2 levels can play a video in the video. :)
I have unfortunately not found in the description and make it just over the whole screen using transparency to regulate. but that's not what I imagine ... :)

Go to the video, the track is located in the upper and makiem it.
Then the menuBar hindered to tools / video / event Pan | Crop.
