Frage von glencoe68:Hello,
I have a problem with Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0.
I have made about raw 5h My Holiday Film zusammengestellt. The film is 1h3min long, generally with music background and has some crossfades and s.zwei posts synonymous overlappings of movie scenes.
My PC:
Pentium 4 with 3.0 GHz
512 MB RAM
120GB hard drive (still about 15 GB free)
Now the questions:
1. Is there a way to secure the finished film, so I can edit it yet, and yet the raw data (about 40GB (!)) To delete? As I see it, the film picks up to the raw material that in any case, a warning message, what if I accidentally deleted.
2. The program almost always takes 20 minutes to the Project for editing to start. Is this normal?
3. The main problem: The film is finished. When exporting to DVD but the program stops suddenly, without synonymous only the window where I can choose whether I directly to DVD or export to the FP. The program does not stand still, it goes all the way down. Recently, I have the first 15 minutes time on DVD, it worked. The synonymous happens if I have created a menu and then click on DVD.
4. At the same time, I have a problem with my external DVD-Burners. This is the driver suddenly disappeared. Can hang together with APE? But must say that I have on several occasions recently the PC off during the operation had to go down without, may be due synonymous.
5. What can I do?
Would an increase of 1.5 GB of RAM to bring something?
Benefit is something the movie to share?
Thank you for your help
Andreas

Hello,
to point 1, you can the finished film as a avi file export with File / Export / Movie and if everything fits all the project data. Then you have the backup and can then import this file UMD continue.
Export to DVD: You've ever been in the online support nachgeschaut,
there are a few Troubleshoot records to DVD Export (under Help / Online Support).

If you only have 15GB free, you'll probably get problems, so before you überleg whether there is a possibility the film to bring home

Hello!
I think the problem is unique and the processor alone. Premiere Elements lechzt after power and after Pentium D - Dual Core processors with SSE-2 and support.
Look in the minimum requirements laid down!
