Infoseite // Premier pro 1.5 Project Change of NTSC to PAL

Frage von VHR:

Hi All,
I have the following problem:
I've created with PAL DV footage in Premiere pro 1.5 is a project in NTSC and PAL, the imported material. I have noticed this error, unfortunately, only after the processing of the material.
How can I change the project settings in Premiere in retrospect?
Can I copy possibly the cut in a completely new PAL - Project?
I have already tried creating a new Project and the "false NTSC Import Project" in the new PAL - Project.
This works, but only appears in the timeline of the cut film, not the individual scenes and the corresponding transitions, etc.
Is just stupid wrong. How can I solve this problem without again having to make everything new.
In the project output (wrong NTSC - Project) here, while I stated that I want to have a PAL - DV-AVI, that works synonymous, but jumps are peculiar image, looks like format - Jumps to see. This is :-(
Who can help me with his advice? Thanks already in advance for your efforts. Greeting VHR

If only as an idea: Maybe you can tell the whole movie in NTSC Project copy of the timeline and paste it into a new project. I'm not sure if this is that the clipboard premiere of the Timeline clips with multiple paths that lead to the closing of the project still maintains, but is worth a try.
Otherwise I am unfortunately no way synonymous known nich change the project settings.
