My approach:
- Picture in Photoshop at 720x576 or 1024 x 576 crop
- Import in Premiere
- Filters: reduce flicker
- When you export the movie: the bottom half and still only to optimize
The average window is all io, watch the whole thing with the media player, it's happened to the splendor .-)) same goes for the good old tube TV.

This generally happens with all the images, for example, or have you ever pictures with extremely fine (thread-) structures? Poste a few examples of these images and a short snippet of an Flimmervideos!

I did a little playing around and the note, the pictures only in Premiere scalieren taken into account. By its nature is synonymous no problem ... only when I have a 3524x2336 px-Resolutionscaliere at 1024x576, the subsequent Render time ever a leisurely coffee break opposite .-))! It was then that is synonymous not really the wisdom of the last attempt and so I have at: Effect of / motion Antiflimmer filter applied with 1.0 (low again brings absolutely nothing).
This was the Picture optical .-)) is somewhat blurred, but the annoying and unsightly "trembling" is gone.
Yes - it is particularly s.feinen thread structures (eg sea surface) on. If there is still a movement with aperture together ... it is no longer acceptable.
My gray is the theory that the images simply "too sharp", and to detailert contrast to rich. (Canon 30D). Someone (100Hz-TV) and Something (Première) can not seem to really deal.
Much cheaper and simpler programs like Magix Photos on CDundDVD can of Berechnungsalgorthmus apparently much better. With a mix of movie and picture remains Premiere s.flexiebelsten.
I would still think about your professional interested!
