Hi All,
My company has now lodged Premiere Elements 7.0 for the one or the other film editing, which we need for major events in PoweerPoint presentations.
Before that I always cut with Magix 15 and now have 2 questions for DV editing and export of files.
1. Basically, it's possible to insert a Picture into an extra lane, so that this will appear in the video. But is it possible to reduce this picture synonymous, so that increases the size of each frame by one pixel?
2. I need the geschnitteten files as MPEG1 and MPEG2, but I can only select Microsoft as an export AVI and DV-AVi addition to the image files.
But I have already registered as an import MPEG files, which I still need to do so I can spend mov files such as MPEG or.

Hello,
'm new here and synonymous with Premiere Elements.
Question is already over - yet:
To 1 Select the Picture of the Timeline, then click the Monitor window on it twice. Now would be seen to handle, with which you can move it and resize.
You can then click the Edit Effects - then there is the window movement - here you can set all the detail and animate synonymous (; alarm clock? Icon)
to 2 File / Export / Movie / settings can be set everything --
