I am on the search for the new version of Premiere Pro CS4, however, not as a bundle in production premium. there is the ever more of adobe? I'm looking this as a student version and no upgrade ...

PP CS4 seems not (yet) as a stand - to give students version. However, the Master Collection will cost in the student version synonymous only to the 550 ¬. This is neither upgradeable nor commercially available.
It may therefore well be that the Production Premium under 300 Euro.
