Frage von SCHWARZSEHER:Hello,
I have a problem: despite the announcement of Adobe Premiere CS4 that MXF files in HD (SonyPDW700 Camera) can import, the import does not. The material was recorded in 25p, so I changed the Project settings with the XDCAM EX 1080p 25p created - as mentioned above, it did not work. I'm somewhat pressed for time - and grateful for any help!
Thank you.
Antwort von Marco:
Adobe CS4 applies to "only" the XDCAM HD support. The PDW-700, however, a 422-XDCAM HD Camera. The format, XDCAM HD and XDCAM HD 422 can not be in the same pot thrown.

Antwort von SCHWARZSEHER:
thank you for this - we are now seqenzen as *. tiff rausrendern. then adjusts it synonymous with premiere / after effects ...
Antwort von Marco:
If you are only a short-term format conversion bräuchtet, then could you, for example, synonymous to the demo of Vegas Pro 8.0c use. XDCAM HD 422 for premiere and was always out of need.

Antwort von SCHWARZSEHER:
This is an interesting note. with my vegas 8.0, I had just tried - but now I'll download the update.
besten dank!
Antwort von Marco:
Yes, the support of the 422-variant of XDCAM HD was only with the c-version (within the 8.0-series) were added.

Antwort von SCHWARZSEHER:
Interestingly, there does the conversion to the TIFF format is not (interesting for us because we have green screen rotated, and the material synonymous in use after effects) - because someone knows exactly how you do this or can my hd exchange format for premiere recommend? otherwise in vegas so apparently all formats available.
thank you ..
Antwort von Jogi:
XDCAM HD as a Resolutionvon HDV 1440x1080
XDCAM EX (format EX1) has 1920x1080 and XDCAM HD 422 also FullHD resolution, but with others FarbSampling
Antwort von Marco:
You can of Vegas from TIFF output, if you export as Quicktime format choose, but no single TIFF sequences.
Alternative as a loss-free frame sequence: PNG
Easiest way to level in a video format: Uncompressed.
Very good compromise between file size / data rate and quality Canopus HQ (integrated over the installation of Canopus Neo and will then be synonymous in Vegas usable).
Almost equivalent: Cineform as a video format, but should be synonymous dazugekauft to ensure it is readable in Premiere (at Cineform.com).
Nearby (free) compromise, if the material is progressive anyway: WMV-HD with properties in the Render Selection. Or MPEG-2 with selbstangepassten parameters.
Vegas could get a few opportunities ...
