Frage von Chrise:Good day,
I use Vegas 6 on a Athlon with about 1.4 Ghz and 512 MB Ram. Quite no preference which format I import or leave as a preview show. The video window, jerky schlimm max. 2 frames, or are still quite. Sure the PC is not the newest but at least the preview it should go or redundant? A friend says the PC is fast enough for my purposes. When cutting the program itself runs flüsig and stable so I think it is not s.der Leistung.Gibt there a certain setting to correct this problem? MfG
Antwort von Limbi:
Just try the preview quality to "Draft" -> "quarters", ie on the lowest setting. Is it better? If so, I would preview the quality gradually put back up and look at what level the Geruckle begins again. Just to experiment.

Hard to believe but even here it is jerky as bad as full previews of the best quality. : (

I seem easy to 512MB s.RAM too little ... What do the movies that you are trying to import for properties?

I seem easy to 512MB s.RAM too little ... What do the movies that you are trying to import for properties? For the most part 320x240 DivX, asf and wmv sometimes synonymous 320x240. Here are some older AVIs with ancient (Windows internal) codecs of 1998 (?) Around .. So overall everything stuff older video of an older calculator.

These are not all synonymous format for video editing only. I myself have an older PC with 512 MB RAM and 900 MHz CPU in use. And for playback in Vegas, the Ram is not really crucial, but almost exclusively to the performance of the CPU. With PAL DV is because the preview itself with the "Best (Full)" smooth.
I suspect that these extreme values Playback founded with you in the not for video editing formats imaginary as synonymous in the project settings are not correct.
For best performance should preview the project settings exactly correspond to the material properties. Not seldom are as NTSC project settings for PAL material. The connections still in preview with exotic scales and formats and it is overkill for a small calculator.
If on the other hand, everything to normal video editing is tuned to, it would be synonymous on your calculator well.
