Frage von Manfred22:Hello comrades!
Have a great bal-HD Project in front of me and my system so extra renewed.
Old system: ASUS A7N8X-X, 1 GB RAM, Athlon XP 2400 +, Matrox G550
New system: ASUS P5WDH Deluxe, 2GB RAM MDT PC-800, Intel Core Duo E 6300 (2 x 1.85 Ghz)
Alles Prima crate fixe .. .. think!
While it is certainly well qualified for the job, but my AVID Xpress Pro HD V 5.2.4 can not install!
The first thing I get while installing an error that a file can no longer register (*. ax)
After the installation, then starts AVID does not, but will start when the error message:
Error: Access Violation s.0x7c34240D (tried to write s.0x00000000), program terminated
Well, after a few searches on the net, I found solution attempts of uninstalling a Windows patches on Änderund the boot.ini to disable the HT technology, and just worked for me.
I must therefore be excluded from a Core 2 processor and turn it apparently works!
mmmh .. it is like an egg amputate! ;) - Must that be?
Hat maybe someone has a similar configuration, which gives her work as a Lastesel? Or other tips and tricks?
Were thankful for anything which helps me Pröjekt the "untrimmed" to perform!

Hi folks,
'm just on the same problem and so completely and not at all satisfied, especially since so programs such as After Effects, Photoshop and synonymous my operating system to use both processors. Furthermore, although the old Avid Xpress Pro flawlessly with two cores, synonymous only if it has used.
It must give a solution but not the processor performance. That can not seriously be of Avid.
Who can help or are there people with Avid Xpress Pro HD 5.2.4. on a dual core system is running? Updates?
Danke schon mal,
TC1.
