I purchased new in my DVD recorder Philips DVDR 3300H of the mark following problem whose cause is unknown to me. Before further steps such as conversion or troubleshooting by customer support here, I just wanted to ask whether I can help someone.
I connected the TV signal via the antenna input as planned, the TV is a Scart cable and a standard RF coaxial cable. About a second scart cable s.den DVD recorder is still connected to a VCR.

Thus, a similar problem I had synonymous.
For me it was s.der antenna, it had then tried with a mantle flow filter, and the entire run s.wunderbar since.
Just trying to play a video views, and disconnect the antenna of the device, the strips should be gone then you have found the problem: 0)

Thank you for your recent replies. Times have now used instead of the Scart connection to S-Video input and the standard composite video input, two variants with different results. When composite Programs are some errors, but in others there are once again the line, but seems a bit understated and thicker, not as sharp as on Scart.

Antenna or the antenna cable may not be a source of error, because if I play a video, and all the cables and times of the antenna was not connected, the strip is still there. The video playback was striking that the strip always changing, sometimes pressing of green to red when you rewind and play again, was the same place a different stripe s.der visible, so time-stop, then play at other times only half right. About scart connection that only exists to get a signal from the recorder to the TV to the line is very sharp and thin, with S-Video and composite it is thicker and more blurred, but s.der same place by the screen.
