Hello, I'm ask for help, just before despair ...
I have a SonyDCR and a Hamlet-HC53E Firewire 400PCI. As a PC I'm using an Acer Aspire E500 - 8B7E. For the transmission of the camera to PC I use Sonymitgelieferte of the program.
I have several problems:
1. Cancels the data sometimes easy for me off without apparent reason, the explanation provided by the program: No data received for 10sec, check the iLink cable.
2. If it were possible yet to transfer pictures, so it seems like the Time Lapse, almost twice as fast as or included twice as fast as when I look at it directly at the camera.
I'm really annoyed, had already tried almost everything:
-firewall turned off
-No internet
s.der-camera switching of SP to LP
Unfortunately I did not myself come to the solution, please help me!

Have you (any unnecessary Programs; virus scanners for example) run in the background?
Experience the same problems, if you (another software, Windows Movie Maker, WinDV) use to dub?
