I recently got the Canon HV 20 purchased. The DV editing with Vegas 8.0 should efolgen. I have a 10-second clip recorded HD and captured with Vegas. The file was then in the folder of my choice as Clip001.m2t deposited. However, I can not file with this start. When I try it from the folder to the timeline to draw the following error message appears:
The format of the media file conflicts with the way it was previously used in the current project. This could be due to the number and change of the streaming changing.
What do you want to do?
-Specify a replacement file
Ignore-error and leave media file offline
gnore-this and all subsequent errors
What exactly do I do now, the HD file as a normal file beabeiten them?

Which version of Vegas you have, Pro or Movie Studio? And it is the trial or the full version?
Here is occasionally reported that the trial HDV (still) do not like, however, the trial worked correctly for me.
I can imagine that you get the clip twice in a Project with incorrect settings have withdrawn. The first time that Vegas has eaten, the second time not ... the settings for a new project to match the material must be defined once, in your case as HDV 1080i/50.

Habs just tried again, synonymous with the project right here Einstellungen.Hab Vegas 8 Pro and it's all right with things zu.Es everything actually works, the DV editing works only with dazzling HDV appears always and always the same message. Habs now several attempts to capture. My Kollge uses video deluxe, it does capture, however smoothly.

Give the file outside of Vegas, so directly in its Windows folder with another name, but with the same suffix. Does it work?
Do you use the latest version 8.0b build 217? If not, just update.

AH! Habs now done! Just uninstalled Vegas and it was missed again! Strangely it works now einwandfrei.Danke again for your advice!
