Hello,
I have with Adobe Premiere Elements 7, a video together. Unfortunately I get always the same spot an error. It is always at around 56%.
"Error creating the film.
Not enough memory ".
What am I doing wrong? Do I have too little RAM? I actually still have 20 Gb on my hard drive and s.Space the hard drive it can not lie! Or maybe?
Can someone help me?

20 GB is not much, even siicherlich too little. I have recently published a 10-minute clip to save the card still showed 80 GB free space, it took the 22 GB but not start. Defragment and deleting of temporary files are not used much.

for a remote diagnostics are a few details needed to help you might be able to:

Previously, I would recommend to the project setting. Quality first times with SD, is the only project to a maximum of 2 GB, then change. Otherwise try, as I wrote that the half-Timeline to activate, to edge and to export. And so the 2nd Half. It should not exceed 2 x 3 GB come together. Then everything in a new Project join, and leading export.
The external hard drive format, the connections and check the cables!

Hello, know this is not really prog, but I would even try the following:
Project under a new name. Without preview files!
(below or above - do not know exactly - the colored area in the timeline time line, there is no dark / colored "sections / sequences");
Then the work area - I think that is yellow or red - just drag around the area where the error occurred when rendering. Please have some "meat" left and right to admit;
Then save the movie. But not the "whole project", but only the "work area";
If the error occurs again? That could zBseinem "incorrect" frame is, or an unclean cut in the timeline. This presentation on the "Frame Size" to change and see if an image disorder or a gap in the timeline is available.
