Frage von Ronja:Hello,
I have 2 weeks before the camcorder
HDR-HC7E purchased. Already after a few days was to play no more errors. The Picture was taken at the Television several blue.
Since the manual says that this is not only s.verschmutzten video heads may be, but synonymous with new cassettes can occur, I ignored this problem.
Yesterday, however, in the recording (after a total of only 30 movie minutes) the error message "dirty video heads." Since I am in my last Sony camcorder 3 years without any problems cleaning cartridge was filming, I am very surprised that this problem now after 2 weeks with 30 minutes film occurs.
How is it that a new camcorder now has video heads dirty? Is the rumor that it s.den cheap Sony Premium tapes is that I use?
Also I noticed that when the HDR-HC7E often slow zooming and panning can. This problem has nothing to do with the Steady Shot to be done and can only change with the correct shutter speed (as reported here).
Why is the automatic transmission is not sufficient to be error-free, without a halt to zoom or pan? If the lens is faulty or has other reasons? If more owners of the HDR-HC7E these experiences?
Thank you for your answers. :-)

But I do before the purchase some of these problems have read and I'm now really as a problem-Camera erwischt, I have the impression that these errors occur more frequently and I would therefore like to have answers. The fear that the next camera will be so again, is there no preference whether HC7 or HC9 (for me there is not much difference). Other Manufacturer is no alternative. For example, did the problem with the dirty video heads synonymous with Panasonic or the Canon in with the bucking.
(Through this link I found with the manual shutter speed, next HC7 see below) http://forum.slashcam.de/viewtopic.php?p=242703 # 242703
