Hello everybody!
I have a problem with my camcorder, which brought in some search results with similar issues out, but gave me no right next post, I hope I can help someone here.
I plan shortly in the interviews of our school conclusion Vintage incorporated. Now of course it would be nice if the interview question on a micro (using the plug-in power mic input) held under the nose could get. I would like but not limited to the internal Microphone renounce to the ambient noise capture. Now my question: Is it possible to activate both microphones? I've already in the camcorder menu rumgesucht but synonymous play around on the "Audio Mix" provided no results.
We also wanted a dynamic Shure Microphone use of what we XLR to mini-jack adapter to connect via. The "borrower" of the microphone, said although it would be possible without a problem, but I have still my doubts as to XLR phantom power really necessary?
It would be really nice if I could help somebody else

Is it possible to activate both microphones? No, it is not possible, while the sound from the built and an external Microphone incorporated. That's only professional video cameras at the same time more than a stereo track to record.
[shure dynamic microphone] ... I still have my doubts as to XLR phantom power really necessary? About XLR is one in a position to make a phantom power to provide, but it is not necessary, but a Can. A dynamic microphone needs no external power supply voltage, so suffice it to XLR jack adapter.
The cable should not be chosen too long, because one unbalanced signal synonymous with electromagnetic interference (usRadio) capture.
