Frage von Kiscu:Hello,
I have been a few years Medion MD9035n camcorder. I have movies, until recently, without problems, on Fire Wire via IEEE 1394 cable übertragen.Dies works for some time but no longer correct. The Picture will be transferred, but not the sound. But when I older recordings, where the error has not been with this camcorder, the sound is easily transmitted. So should I believe the fault lie with the camcorder. However, I do not know what I can do.
Who can help?

Antwort von Markus:
When capturing is called to copy the images from the camcorder to the computer.

Only once more to understand:
is among the newer recordings sound on the tape?!
That is, if you have the tape in the camcorder is playing, you hear then what?
My first thought would be that the sound recording in the camcorder is defective. Then of course, is synonymous None there could be transferred. In any case, this would explain why it is in older bands sound there ....
Antwort von kiscu:
Hello,
s.Markus: So the settings when capturing which corresponds to the recording?
s.Gast: if I play the recording s.Camcorders, what I hear. Also playing on the camcorder is easy.
I think this is a technical defect, but if she already knew what, what could that be, that would be great.
Greetings!

So, sound is the current recording on the tape, but not in the PC?
For older tapes, but (with sound) comes to the PC?
Very strange ...
Since when the selected Cam / PC after the recording date, when sound is captured and when not?

Is it not in the recording settings,
12bit/16bit/32khz/48khz etc.
Perhaps it was just adjusted.
