I contacted the suport and demand and whether wan finally CUDA is supported.
Had received subsequent response, "because working with Magix MainConcept CUDA is not supported"
Dan was right even on the Main Page of Concept. And lo and behold CUDA is still available!
The catch? There should be a special reserved license be purchased.
I would be interested to know if I'm only on one side have loved working with magix. on the other side but am already annoyed that to put it on the spot to bring the cost of customer Magix save!
The customer should offesichtlich invest in expensive hardware (CPU + MB), although a bit aged two major nuclear pprozessor ch upgrading could expect a relatively cheap video card much better performance.

Perhaps it should be introduced as the first time multithreading ... which should be easier to implement than error-free CUDA support.
It is also with a license for MainConcept not done. Then, the encoder may run on the card, but the effects are still being calculated of the single-threaded CPU. This brings nothing synonymous.
If you therefore want to have CUDA, then take Premiere.

certainly improved hyperthreading support would be a welcome fortschriit.
but let us stay with my example of the noise filters: 11 minutes video
take about 18 hours on my core i7 920 @ 36 GHz (20% CPU utilization)
At 100% utilization it would be a speedup of 500% but there were still a good 3.5 minutes for 11 hours!!
It would not surprise me if synonymous upcoming CPU, s (6 and 8 are suportet krern)
And again I will buy me a dan neuie CPU along with MB?

for us it is cheaper to spend in each case about 100-200 ¬ for a powerful gpu than half each time the computer upgrade.
