I have a Pana NV-GS 280 in wants recordings on the PC (Vista) transferred.
Is this the Vista software, and I achieve a better quality with a program such as Scenalizer?

I do not know what the software is that Vista already includes. But when it comes to the capture or capture of DV material goes, it should function in any capture program of the same picture quality good. Is it only the DV stream from tape 1 to 1 are read and written to hard drive.
Qualitative differences are sometimes in preview and playback, on average, to identify where some program for the calculation speed in the display quality can be just five. When exporting the final format, the quality of the settings correspond to the original basis of quality.
