I have a Micro 4 / 3 adapter bought Tamron Lenses.
Now I want to of course buy a Tamron lens. In these states, however ... always Tamron for Pentax, Nikon or Canon synonymous.
What connection do I need for there you have?

I think since you have committed a classic bad buy ...
Your adapter is only suitable for older Tamron Adaptall Lenses ... All current Tamron lenses are no longer with this port.
Therefore you need about a Canon or Nikon to 4 / 3 adapter and then the corresponding lenses s.die to connect Panasonic Camera.
Problem is, however, and remains missing aperture ring s.den Tamron lenses wordurch you a special adapter with "aperture" need (if this is for 4 / 3 ...)
Novoflex seems to have something ...
