All in all I would say there are animated camera rides on standbilder, smudge effects, power zoom, smudge the masks, the people / cars and hide after effects with a "children's play."
for an experienced no after effects human problem, for the first time, newcomers are impossible without the necessary skills. for a video in this style you should with shots and masks in after effects knowledge.
am not after effects of the profit, but the effort würd I do not appreciate just slightly.

I am appreciative that there are many different levels in the 3d level and are using these virtual kamer synonymous and lights in After Effects are animated. slightly makes the work especially the whole people and houses etc. are free and then right in the 3d level place, then animate the camera.
