then I have seen that this is a MPEG, but is the HDV? The only you know yourself, if you look at the object properties can show.
Because I want it in the best quality and then edit on DVD (16:9) to play ... At least according to the edition on DVD is it is no longer HD.
Or do you mean HD-DVD or BluRay disc?

yes it is a Mpeg (but that is not HD)! Of course it's an MPEG HD, but it can not be synonymous. That you see when you look at the Resolutionansiehst.
At least this is MPEG2 format, the HDV is usually recorded.

Antwort von Stallforce:
oh yes the resolution is 1440 * 1080. ..
and then I thought, if everything is processed, I just go to DVD and burning it is the best quality?
Antwort von Markus73:
oh yes the resolution is 1440 * 1080. .. Ok, this is HDV.
and then I thought, if everything is processed, I just go to DVD and burning it is the best quality? No, then you have s.Ende again 720 * 576, which is the standard for a PAL-video DVD.

Antwort von jazzy_d:
Mpeg2 HDV = 1440x1080 25MBit / s included sound (by definition)
Video-DVD = mpeg2 720x576 max. credible 9Mbit / s incl Sound (by definition)
If Magix from an HDV Project a video DVD, is it according to the auto download reckon. "
