Frage von mammut:Hello,
I want one for a SonyAccessory shoe
(AIS) to build.
Now I read that as Canon no metal to use (short-circuit danger).
How is this for Sony?
Thank you.
Mammut
Antwort von Johannes:
Sowas should stand in the manual. And if it is Canon, I would at a non-Sony risk taking and Metal. So take no metal and you're on the secure page.
Antwort von Herbert@S:
The contacts in AIS (at least on my HC1) are with a Kunstoffabdeckung provide. This is 2 stage and consists of a larger fixed upper and a lower movable plate.
If the small under the larger plate is pushed, the contacts are free.
If the shoe has no market, it is almost impossible for the bottom plate to move.
You can see that if you watch the camera - not in the manual.
Therefore, to me known accessory shoe adapter all in metal.
