Frage von svenv:Hello,
because I am relatively new to this area I need I'm a general tip.
I already have 2 different materials with HDV camcorders recorded. They have one Dipslay which show in 16:9 format. When I watch the videos to your PC and copy them into a video editing software will import (as synonymous when I HDV option 1 or synonymous 2 items) I get a message that the video format of the file 720 x 576 PAL is. That can not be, because if I use it on the calculator anchaue vote proportions and rear vonre not.
Can someone tips me, because even if I have to 16:9 in the program switch, consume the Picture.
I'm thankful for every tip.
Greeting
Sven

With a DV-Cam, you can not capture HDV ... if this really is, it has been recorded in DV (synonymous favor the low image resolution).
In 16:9 should be recorded in Picture as well as in DV 4:3 720x576 pixels (rectangular pixel size). A hardcopy of 16:9 PAL is of a graphics program with 1.024x576 output.
Security ran to the recording was wrong. That was no HDV.

mmmhhhh,
the video editing program also tells me the file with a format 4:3 did. But that can not ever, since the camera is now synonymous times the picture in a 16:9 display, ie when I look at the film directly on the cam look is a top-resolution picture and definitely a 16:9 format.
The data I have connected via USB to the calculator on, the format will be. MOD files.
Because something is not true ....?
Antwort von robbie:
jo, you've used usb: (
Antwort von svenv:
What is the problem if I use USB?
Antwort von Andreas_Kiel:
USB can sometimes even in SD not transferring the full resolution, which is of Manufacturer to Manufacturer differently. Since the Picture halt before the transfer massively down effect, so it's in real time through the line fits.
More details promotes the search in the forum revealed.
So attempts Firewire ...

Camera is the Panasonic SDR-S150. I copy the files to your hard drive. The problem with the MOD files s.der seems missing or incorrect flag to be 16:9. There are probably sd copy what the new flag is right or synonymous.
But this firewire thing ..... I stream so the content is not in my video editing program but do I copy the files via USB from the folder of the Camera on the calculator, then do I import the MOD files in Adobe Premiere for example.
The same problem I had synonymous with another camera, my name is not a straight, however was an HDV camera disk.

Camera is the Panasonic SDR-S150 ... But this firewire thing .... however was an HDV HDD camera ... Now there is already much clearer! Your mention of the "MOD" files had made me aback, and in fact go on here so not to HDV cameras (which are all recorded on tape). Then helps you synonymous Firewire tip of nothing, because the S150 possesses this connection did not - and incidentally, it is not only no HDV camera, but no high-resolution camcorder. Because fish is of course help with any attempt in murky, if the problem description and the rear front is not true ...

I was at the Camera Purchase something synonymous High-resolution images of deeds and adventures. Specifically about time: you have what you like of "HDV"
or of "high" tells? In the former case, you can simply and moving begaunert and in the second case, you're like millions of other synonymous "only" a buzzword fooled.
The camera price, I would recommend in the first case: to see whether the claim is for a witness, then s.zum store and returned.

Hi, Sven,
whether or not HDV is not the problem. Even SD recordings are available in 16:9.
But it must be that 16:9 does not work with square pixels (like D1 / DV is not synonymous with 1:1,067) but with a ratio of 1:1,422. That is, the actual pixels are really only 720 horizontal. On a 4:3 monitor to see people like bean poles, comparable with the Optics anamorphotic when Cinemascope movie
If your picture in the editing program is not right, you have the correct project settings.
I can only write Premiere Pro 2, the others I do not know.
New Project
Project Settings: DV widescreen (16:9)
Import of the material
In the project window with the clips right click
"Interpret footage" option
"Pixel aspect ratio" of "Hold" to "... Widescreen 1:1,422 change.
For other programs it should be, mutatis mutandis, similar settings.
Good luck,
