Frage von Gast:Hello,
I zuzulegen submit a camcorder and have drawn closer to my Choice, and the DCR-DVD403 The DCR-HC90 considered.
1. If the noise from the DVD403, much louder than the HC90, and you can hear the sound on the video afterwards?
2. I have read, this is for the Weiterverabeitung videos of a DV camcorder to the DVD camcorder is preferable, right?
3. Is it possible to use the HC90 NP-FP50 battery instead of the 4.9 Wh synonymous with the NP-FP90 with 17.77Wh?
Would be nice if someone at least answer one of the 3 questions, is familiar with it.
Many thanks in advance
Norbert

Hi,
to 2:
dv there is definitely better.
the mpeg2 compression used on dvd, is usually bad, the data rates too low, as is present on dvd wehniger speicherplatz.
dv, the compression is better off, since each frame is compressed individually, not as dependent on the prior mpeg.
achieve near-dv quality, it must be individually set the compression that is only 30 minutes on the cd can accommodate.
in German:
The dvd picture quality is poor and of good quality can not accommodate long-kan.

Welcome Guest,
To 1 the DVD drive sounds are barely audible, the Mini DV are a little louder
to 2 It's a wild topic:
SonyDVD Processing In the 403 software is, unfortunately, this is almost useless and extremely thin equipped.
Today I made some test with Magix SonyDVD of shots:
DVD-RW Video mode - Finalizes - hard drive has been detected on
DVD-RW VR mode - Finaliziert - on hard drive - not recognized - rename to MPG - then it was accepted of Magix.
I made about 5 shots with each 30 sec.
It was apparent, however, only one chapter (the first) and is not complete.
The first part was short but correct on the timeline, but unfortunately only about 10 sec (Where the rest are still 20 sec, did not even know Magix.
On different DVD players but, strangely, all chapters have been completely played.
So when cut finger of desire SonyDVD camcorders (Canon DC-10 had gone the same problem!)
From a Sony "expert" from Cologne, I learned the material well-rehearsed over USB of SonyDVD to 203 / 403 but accept the Program. (If the Sony software incl all Drivers - Magix recognizes that all passages will be kept up -.
That would be nothing new at Magix, is to be indeed synonymous with surround sound has a Driver of Magix only contain old, otherwise only supports AC 3rd (The synonymous not many ...)
Well I will try again with Adobe and Ulead.
3. The HC 90 takes only 50 or FA FA Battery 70 (mAh) 1220

Hello together,
I bought Christmas is a SonyDVD403E and'm not synonymous with the editing program content.
Before I going to get an expensive editing software, I wanted to try on Nero 7 Premium, funzt like to read the images and movies of my SonyDVD403E so.
Since I now have the problem (Windows XP's latest update) that XP does not recognize the camera. The Drivers of http://www.sonydigital-link.com/DIME/downloads/downloads_dp.asp?l=de&c=DIME&sc=DCC&ssc=DL&f=dvd_usbdrven Recent changes nothing. XP detects the camera only as a USB DVD Burner.
Thus, I can not synonymous movies / pictures directly capture of the camera via USB to Nero.
How does that Funzt with Magix, which drivers were instaled?
Thank you very much
Torsten

Hello Torsten,
it was quite simple had with Magix (I am a novice but a good cut Magix promoter shown to me by my side all had),) take out DVD (VR Mode before when still change extension to MPG - may save to disk and open it already was film on the timeline.
(Sorry, but only as described in the first or last of 5 chapters, I now know was no longer accurately represented) and the only half and the remaining chapters
had disappeared.
The dubbing it via USB with the disc 403 had better work out, I had the promoter says. He wart on a Sony (synonymous Vegas) cut training, where several experienced editors engaged intensively (eg synonymous with MPEG) files.
The variant with the USB dubbing, I had never tried.
In the next few weeks I will go after me once Ulead Programs,
A user had so recently with Adobe Elements ever had any contact (even though he knows the program)
Then yes, many no longer remain cheap Programs left .....
