Frage von Ich bins:Hello,
I somehow have an understanding problem. I would love my future videos in 16:9 rotate. I have a DVX100BE which only one (or 3) 4:3 chip.
If I'm now with an HVX200 on tape, so DV, DVCPro, or on a P2 card, I still have only a 4:3 picture (because of the 576 lines)? So is a 16:9 picture
always s.eine HDV / DVCProHD / XDCamHD - Camera-bound?
May sound banal, but I blick's really not.
Antwort von Akira:
No.. DV supportive so synonymous 16:9 anamorphic, which with a true 16:9 chip as can be. my little Cannon Wide Anglein shows more than 4:3 to 16:9, so it seems a 16:9 chip to have.
Antwort von Ich bins:
As far as I'm very surprised is that the manual, which I on the Pana website've read for the 16:9-band recording mode when either "Letterbox" or "squeeze" as Mögflichkeit indicating exactly as stated in the instructions of my DVX100 stands. Then I could keep the synonymous yes, if I do not "High resolution" would like to rotate.
Antwort von Akira:
s.besten try besere what brings quality, letterboxed (black bars over the picture) or Sqeeze.
Antwort von PowerMac:
Nonsense. Letterbox will always look worse because it does not exploits the picture, the camera saves it into a normal 4:3 picture with bars. "Squeeze" means, for the HVX200: 16:9 comes from the chip and is anamorphic saved, so true 16:9 on tape. The DVX100 has a 4:3 chip. Squeeze means without 16:9-Lens in the DVX: The Picture is from 4:3-Picture out, there are bars over it and put the circumcised 16:9-anamorphic picture is stored on tape. So missing only Picture and you lose as opposed to the HVX wide.

Thank you, now it is clear to me!

But are not anamorphic recorded images on a 4:3 screen then "eierig "...? This is any event in a table in the specification of SAT1 (I think).
Antwort von PowerMac:
When are they? 16:9 SD is always bruised. Whether the material is Digibeta or DV ... The receiver must equalize and correct course to its aspect ratio to adjust. A 4:3-tube TV is just letterboxed draus. As has always been in movies in television. Or what did you want to say? I do not understand.
Antwort von Login_vergessen:
The graphic gives her that 16:9 without PALplus encoder "or" letterbox Converter "with the Picture gesqueezten be played. But have never seen it, for me everything is still 4:3. More ...
Antwort von Quadruplex:
A 4:3-tube TV is just letterboxed draus. When a 16:9-format switching has.
As has always been in movies in television. Nope - A Letterboxspielfilm via TV has only 430 visible lines (if it is exactly 16:9), the rest of the 576 PAL lines with black is wasted. One of the TV on 16:9-format shrink to, anamorphic picture looks far although of similar. Indeed, between the beams every 576 rows (less overscan) to see the picture is sharper.
