Hello!
I would like 2 x 320GB disks in my calculator build and connect via RAID 0.
What should be on these boards are? Is it (to exploit the higher data rate) data off there, or should be synonymous operating and editing program on this disk? (Would like the OS is on another disk - ie a third party - unless the speed loss would bring.)
Do you have experience?

Even with Raid 0? I get that quite a similar system and stand facing the same issue.

Raid 0 is for more data at lower speeds. It is clear that since the video recordings on it coming (wg. speed).
