Hello!
Can someone explain to me how this effects-how when it green-yellow-blue-red streak moving through the building as at the beginning of this video? Is this a plugin or something? I work with After Effects.

The channel is called offset, is often synonymous (falscherweise) as chromatic aberration sold. Is easy to tinker: Level 3x duplicate on each duplicate, for example with the Shift Channels Effect all unnecessary channels ausknipsen (full off) and leave only one channel. The levels with the "Add" mode together blinded. Now you can wish each level shake or deal with other effects, and get through the Zusamemnblenden the colored areas.
