Hi,
I would be (and certainly a lot of others) interested in how your rank of the (recording) format would look like. So what is your opinion the best quality video format, both analog as synonymous digital, tape, film, memory etc.. Had synonymous as survey design, but this must be just so familiar with the format ;-)
Thus, in the way:
1. 70mm film (IMAX)
2. 35mm Film
3. xyz
...
19. Betamax
20. VHS
etc.

because I prefer in this order:

MPEG IMX
DVCAM
the latter, I would at first glance to define:

35mm

HDCAM / XDCAM hd422/editcam hd
xdcamhd/dvcprohd/p2
hdv2/hdv
sd and yes you have to separately consider ...
