Have you finalized the DVD (, or they can read no other device)??
Read this, any post in the Instructions of your DVD recorder ...

After finalizing, you can noneue session to record on the DVD

I have the DVDR 70 is almost identical. My DVDs run fine on the PC. Finalizes you have your DVDs? Can your DVD drive read NoDVD + R? It is quite possible for older devices. A recent firmware for the DVD drive could solve the problem.

Hello! Synonymous, I have this problem and the DVD's are finalized définitif! I have already studied the synonymous instructions completely but unfortunately found no mention of possible sources of error. Another DVD Players and synonymous my PC (and 1.5 years old), the home-recorded DVD's not playing. I do not know more next. I bought this device to be able to play at Old Baby Movies of VHS to DVD and give away. What can I do with it not in vain? I would really appreciate if someone could help me there.

Can you copy the DVD's again, perhaps especially new and burn to the DVD player can decode it?

I have been synonymous experience made that my DVD-VCR of Panasonic DVD-R in the format of DVD-Video
BTW: The DVD is a good medium for video footage to mingle with the crowd to bring, but not for long-term archiving. See the following posts:

This is wrong, just so you have to be smart and make sure that it is only on the DVD-Ram.
All other DVD format for archiving are really unusable namely that but certainly not true for DVD-Ram.
(; Durability of a DVD-Ram = over 30 years!)

2. Rams take the car DVD VR mode when using a ram in the above video cameras.

Weighing Says Attention must be in DV editing, the software recognizes only its own DVD Ram's nodvd -R/-RW.
