1. Shooting a film with your camera.
2. Capture the film on PC (only use Firewire, not USB!)

... if not, zerstückle the entire film in the individual sequences
(eg with Szenalyser)
3. Import the footage into Premiere and put it on the 1st
Movie track ...

Create titles, create transitions (all from s.besten try and look at the results), add images and zoom and move it using keyframes. Add Music title and make it louder and quieter keyframes.
4. Encode your project then go out and brings premiere on DVD.
