Since Encore is an authoring program for creating compliant DVD-Video discs you'll be able to accommodate any Web links. That would only go on a DVD that is burned as a data DVD. In circumstances which would then not run as a standalone DVD. And you still could not make with Encore, possibly with Flash or other programs.

This feature is only supported DVDStudio of Apple Pro. The Drivers for Windows is poorly implemented and will only run on XP.
All good reasons not to use these things.
Apple is synonymous with extremely cautious these things on the web pages it is barely mentioned s.zwei places.
