Why have they not synonymous history "Internet TV" have to call?
As the swinging leg Marketing violently back again.
IP-TV "has with" broadcast "in the conventional sense but nothing to do - that gives her the protocol.
"Moving on call" (BAA) or "Moving Pictures with Sound on Demand" (MPwSoD) .. Regulators would have at least 2 months more confused and at bay.
Ahh .. and if I read here, come to me to tears:
"Publishing, TV production companies, corporates, brands and organizations in pushing the program providers and create new market TV stations, with the TV in the traditional competition occur.
In the area of IP TV is GRID-TV is not only architects and pioneers of an entire generation of broadcasters, but especially the service, the best IP-TV solutions for absolutely any program provider provides. "

what's behind it? a billion dollar business, that neither the sender nor the GEZ, nor the cable operator, or the state want to miss! mitverdienen so that you can, you have to control it, we young people and filmmakers and regulate and restrict the consumer fleece! it is clearly not about the control of the content, because here there should be no role to play, how much the distribution will offer streaming! poor, rich germany, I can only say!

This is polemic. Actually this is just an adaptation of the broadcasting treaty s.das 2008. Streaming of video and television on the Internet so far removed from the scope of the RStV, the more traditional means of transmission was gemünzt. To establish a TV channel was not always so easy.

The Internet is in the practical implementation unreglementierbar, because it is not locally limited.
The big portals (Erode and co. Of course, synonymous), the millions are simply moving to implement. Access to it can not even with the great Chinese firewall actually prevent - just difficult.
The Depp is the small manufacturer (500 simultaneously to as' TV 'to apply, it is ridiculous - the average achieved since elementary intercom is more real and' broadcast ') and the (perhaps unexpectedly) successful Hobbyist who does not flee can.

The state media authorities are losing more and more s.Bedeutung. While the institution of traditional broadcasters nor the award of frequencies played a role, this is the Internet is no longer the case. There are simply Internet TV at nothing to regulate. The ladies and gentlemen in the national media seem to want only their well-paid chair rescue. Starts the problem is not already in the definition of a "television" at?
On the net there are relatively few but eh (linerare) offers live streaming of the formal and technical characteristics of existing television channels correspond.
It is often Streaming On-Demand.
It is not synonymous Broadcasting. If RTL suddenly NPD only broadcast commercials, could be the influence of public opinion.
The unintentionally funny "news" of the NPD in the WWW, however, go more or less in a phenomenal job in the network.
There is no need synonymous more, the limited spectrum available to regulate.
Even if I state television Wahrug to a (supposed) objectivity in reporting tremendous importance, I find this approach of state interference in the media diversity simply ridiculous, because desperate ...
