should his (mini) - DV tapes so as to 1 x year-herspulen and. To protect the camera, I wanted to buy myself a separate Umspulgerät. Who provides that?

Hello Helga,
one Spulgerät for MiniDV tapes you can get at Conrad Electronic. I have so one more thing for Hi8 tapes because the Spulzeiten one Hi8 camcorder were extremely long. ;-)
PS: It is enough to spool the tapes 1x each per year, completely at the other end.
