Frage von crazy-spy:Hello,
I had me a Rode Videomic with its Deadcat increased. Currently I have only my small camera with no manual audio control. Did so with the Mic Headphones s.den camcorder and hanged NEN test run starts. It is my first external Microphone.
1) structure-borne sound is still - despite the spider - in place. You take each press a button, the zoom etc true - a bit annoying, I thought it would be with such a construction is not the case? Also in the HPF setting is the case ... I was quite content to hear ungepegelten Sound, is clearly yes. NEN was just pure function test.
2) Wind noise. Did the Deadcat on the mic and pulled times slightly (!) Lookalike breeze. You hear the wind noise significantly ... Did the foam coating druntergelassen without it would be too small anyway for the coat.
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you very much!

Hi Basti,
if you wind gepusteterweise nachempfindet, then you miscalculated slightly in the wind intensity per unit area. Go with the Microphone and the windscreen times out and take some test shots (with and without a coat for Comparison) in natural wind.
The fact that the elastic suspension is not properly separated, it should not really be the case. Was there any sound bridges, such as a cable that is under mechanical tension with the camcorder housing was connected?
Or was the very quiet environment, so that the microphone the sound of the camcorder body "belongs" has?
Antwort von crazy-spy:
Hello,
the single cable, which connects, was just the cable from the mic itself, but completely relaxed, not under tension. This may not be the case actually ...
Neighborhood was quiet, keep inside with music and language test. The device is a MVX250i, so fairly small device. Is it vllt. Just s.der size?
On the windshield: Okay, I will make.
Time in general: Find very krass how sensitive the microphone is, if I had not thought of. Can it still does not stop levels that I can until the end of the week with the new device.
Werd dann mal extensive tests and reports ...
