I think, because you will not find anything.
The only HDD models with av-in some of JVC Everio camcorder (MG255 or so ???).
Unfortunately, only the U.S. versions of the av-in, in Europe, the models only av-out.
Previously there was synonymous to SonySR100, synonymous since the U.S. had only a variant of the av-in, however, could be the SR100 with av-in time but in Switzerland (not an EU country) bekommen.Leider, the SR100, but no longer built.
Has something with the import-Inch to do why Manufacturer models in Europe in the av-do not.

This is not something directly with the timeliness of a camcorder to do much more than with the storage media. Since a HDD camcorder with its fixed (limited) memory does not allow direct filing, the AV-input for videographers far less interesting than if you eg analog recording on DV tape can be copied to the digital tapes to archive.
Perhaps you could instead of a HDD camcorder a stationary-HDD recorder with the camera module?
