Hello!
I now have my SR11 a few weeks and am very happy with it.
Seelig Particularly, I am with the LowLight properties, unlike my Panasonic NV-GS11 are absolutely fantastic;) Finally, I can make recordings synonymous in the not well-lit rooms. It comes to me so far so fast, that what I see, the camera synonymous. That was in the Panasonic but much worse.
But one problem I have.
And it is incredibly slow autofocus dr. Sometimes I switch to a, and I only have mud on the display ... which would then require very long until it finally is sharp. partly, I must first wonders even hold it until it is sharp, then rose again to the scene and add the pan to finally begin recording.
The pass of course, valuable seconds.
This problem I know of the old Panasonic did not. The only situations where the AF of the Panasonic did not really grab has been really quite useless relationships. For example, a firework, where only just between black film is - clearly because of the AF of course, has nothing to pack.
But at the SR11's really synonymous with "real" situations. That is really stupid. can this be improved somehow? I watch grad times, if I find a sample recording. Can the post so happy times.

The SR11/12 is sorry about the AF truly a flop - Sorry! : (
Remedy Sonynur IMO using a new firmware offer.

I do not think that because what happens, especially because now the new Sony To get out and then probably will not be really for the "old" models interested.
When I cam, I have the problem with the auto focus only on very dark scenes (night on the streets with lanterns is already bright enough). Vllt. your camera is defective or synonymous to the lens is dirty.

I have since 2008, a SONY SR 12 and exactly the same problem with the part extremely poor autofocus.
In fast scenes is often everything went to the AF has finally sharp. Unfortunately, a major drawback s.dem otherwise great.
I had therefore thought s.eine sales and brand switching. But unfortunately I have "fully" and would lose too many ¬ for a sale. Must now just live with the flaw, but my next one will most certainly not SONY more.

Can you not s.der Cam Autofocus switch from? So when the camera started at / to manual is? (Sharpness set to infinity) Does not?
