Hello.
I am looking for an appropriate plug-in for Premiere Pro, in which the normal video image using a filter looks quite old. I am not only the sepia effect, but so synonymous flicker, or noise, but you can still see a bit of grit. Are there any?

Lad the clip into the free Windows Movie Maker. Here you will find such effects ... and not at all times sooo bad ....
