is there at Premiere mitlerweile an image stabilization?
At least I have not found anything in the CS4.
Must I really use on the AE motion tracking?
If I had to use the AE, is there somewhere a short instructions?
N times would be progress if Premiere would able to do so.

I think the plugin was steadymove ... However, if it's the still, and whether it plays in cs4 another question is: try) you could.
