I would advise you to buy maybe a cheap trouser pocket camera, such a cheap Canon Ixus. Power synonymous (reasonably good photos, if you do not always want to film) and the video clips should surely be better than that of those wannabe cameras.

Please do not laugh: Aiptek Pocket Cam 8800th AA Batteries, VGA resolution, 25fps in AFS as mp4 container. Gibts few isolated cases of the net. No idea what that is, digital Super8? Optics is intended scrap, but for 40 euros, I have probably done nothing wrong, yesterday ordered.
Edit: As in the other thread already suggested: You should make a collection of all time 25fps recent models, but the issue appears more often.
