Search Noise Reduction tool for WMV, or a plug-in for Adobe Premiere.
Simple as possible. I Have a 30-day trial version of Adobe's audio loaded program, which to me is too expensive.
The result need not be perfect, so the quality of home use only.
Just stop disturbing the annoying noise, which is probably a tape running noise.
