My experience is that the police tend to annoy it. Zeihen neutral to you, grab your camcorder NEN as small as possible, and try not to be different. That gives the "s.nächsten off" shots. The more you conspicuously, the more they move the people.
In 2000 ¬ is the budget very closely. 3500 would be okay, the XHA1 would probably be considered.
