Hello! I have an old Sennheiser ptm 100 Funkset (Body and receiver plug-in transmitter).
Now I have search everywhere for a used desperation bodypack transmitter I can but not yet with the astronomical prices friends.
Lt. Sennheiser can this system is not used with competing products. At an event last lot to me but that I am with my receiver signals of "Shure" microphones can tap.
Now of course I wonder if I could not seek a much better pocket transmitter in the frequency range (790-820 MHz) to use. There are cheap brands like Niefern, Omnitronic, etc. something to offer.
Has anyone of you have experience with it?

Lt. Sennheiser can this system is not used with competing products. Why should that not be possible? You've got the opposite experience already done ...?!
It would be advantageous in this case, if you have a dealer for similar accessories in the vicinity would have. Then you could go and the desired components directly on-site testing.
