Hello.
War in December and January in the U.S. on holiday and got a Canon VIXIA HG20 increased. Until now synonymous everything went well, until yesterday, I look at the serial number of my VIXIA HG20 find again because I wanted to go on foreign trips and at least wanted to know where this number is s.dem housing is located. Unfortunately, I have no serial number found.
In the U.S., I have the Canon on eBay and bought a part of the documentation I have not taken away to Germany. Now I find nothing but more of the papers and thus synonymous no serial number. How could I find the serial number? The software can not be synonymous to find out? Did she of "The E-Warehouse-Store" from Buffalo, NY purchased. In the worst case, I have yet to provide information which if you ask me synonymous not give you a hint.

Sure it means HG20, I've incorrectly sorry.
Under the Battery is a (cheaper) from a white paper sticker with a number something like this is displayed:

-9a0 -
Is this the serial number?
