Hi,
an acquaintance in front of me has a (; or to offer several) server for live video streaming.
The first and main problem I see in the line.
How can I figure out about the traffic? It should happen to live. The goal is to implement distance learning via video, of any place.
What will s.Leitungen offered? Private? Company?
I found something at nfon of SHDSL.

The video stream bit rate times number of concurrent users.
It should happen to live.
It certainly depends on how one is "live" is defined, ie how much delay is acceptable. As with the (; internet-) TV? As the telephone?
If the participants (an audio synonymous - back video) stream or just a spectator?

If it is the delay of seconds and is not acting in the Minutenbreich, which is for "live" ok.

In an article I found this definition:
When streaming, we must distinguish between live streaming, where the data is actually (live, or with little delay through the preparation and sending of data) are sent and received, and the on-demand streaming, where data on the server readily available and are then sent when the user inquires.
The first option is the right one.
Participants are expected to be just a spectator!

The desired bit rate can be, depending on the video format in other borders, mostly set. Thus the achievable quality is changed.
What an infrastructure for building and distributing the stream out of the question depends, of course synonymous depending on how many simultaneous viewers to be supported, whether can be decreased to a lower standard will, etc. Also on the software requirements on page of the client must be worrying.

It depends of the settings from the encoder and the settings of the player.
